Jen Hendershott

It is with great honor that I announce the opening my own personal training studio in Burlington, North Carolina.  Five years ago, I moved here to support my husband’s journey to work his dream job. In the time that I have lived here, I have met some very genuine and amazing people and have made friendships that will last a lifetime. I saw a huge need for health, education and inspiration within the community.  It is very exciting to open my doors and share my knowledge and experience with the city of Burlington and the state of North Carolina.

I have also been blessed with a gift to help people around the world. My clients come many places such as Alaska, The U.K. Australia, Canada and all over the U.S. who either work with me online or travel to Burlington to train with me.  Being a fitness champion is one thing, but changing lives of others is something else.  This is my dream job and we are thrilled to support North Carolina and are proud to be considered “Southerners”.

As a former school teacher, I love to teach!  Helping people and seeing my clients succeed brings me great joy. I hope you will become one of them. Whether you need to lose weight, gain muscle, challenge yourself or to achieve a dream, I can help you!

Jen has been a competitive fitness athlete for over 11 years and has competed in 38 shows. She runs several successful businesses including;

Phat Camp: a fitness camp where she travels around the world and hosts camps that helps women be their best, Phitness Retreats: much like Phat Camp but with a smaller group and more one-on-one time with Jen in her hometown of Burlington, Get Phat Online: an online personal training program, PGN: a line of sports supplements, Get Phat Promotions: an event promotion company that is currently planning The 2nd Annual NPC Jen Hendershott All Women’s Weekend and Big Shott Classic Men’s and Women’s Bodybuilding Show in Charleston, SC on October 23, 2010, and now Get Phit Studio.
