Nsima Morgan
My name is Nsima Morgan. Five years ago, I made a decision to improve my health. My knees were hurting, I had back problems, I was easily tired and out of breath.
I soon learned that to achieve my goals I had to learn to eat balanced and nutritious meals. I also learned that in order to gain lasting benefits I had to couple my new eating habits with increasing my level of activity. I discovered that dancing is an excellent way to burn calories, increase heart rate, and improve stamina. With time, I started to see results. This method worked better than anything else I had tried.
Today, I have more stamina, am breathing better, and still loosing inches. I exciting about helping others achieve the same results.
I am happy to have the opportunity to work so closely with Jen! She has taught me so much and I am eager to share that knowledge with the rest of the community. My dance class is upbeat, challenging and so much fun! As far as my classes go, I don’t promise that they’ll be easy, but you will be so glad you came!
