Janet Fedor

My name is Janet Fedors. I just turned 40 years old and recently moved to Burlington, North Carolina. Originally from Yugoslavia, but raised in Ohio, it’s actually a dream to be living in The South. My son, who is 14, that trains with Jen Hendershott and has made amazing strides not only in his strength but in his self confidence.  We are excited to be a part of the Get Phit Studio and to help the community live a healthier lifestyle. 

I have always and will always battle my weight. I have come to the realization that I have to work out and eat well if I want to look good and feel great but I enjoy doing it! I would love to help anyone who struggles with this because I can totally relate.  This is a new chapter for me and I would love to help you become a new you.
